CDL-A Owner Operators

  • Earn up to $338,000 per year* as an Owner Operator. Grow your career with Action and experience high earning potential where drivers average $5,500–$6,500 per week,*.
  • Percentage pay with real upside. Earn 65% of linehaul* with strong, transparent earnings.
  • OTR schedule with balance. Stay out 1–2 weeks at a time, running consistent national routes.
  • Extra pay for your time. Accessorial, detention, and layover pay included.
  • Fair pay for your equipment. Pump usage fee paid whenever you use your own pump to load and/or unload product.

Owner Operator Details

  • Get started on the right foot. Owner Operators are eligible for a $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over the course of your first year.*
    • $1,000 paid out after orientation

    • $1,000 paid out after the first billed load*

    • $1,000 paid out on your first month (towards your escrow)* 

    • $1,000 paid out at 6 months*

    • $1,000 paid out at 1 year*

  • Extra pay for your time. Accessorial, detention, and layover pay included.*
  • Consistent weekly pay schedules. Get paid every Friday via Direct Deposit or pay card.
  • Bring your network to earn more. Refer an Owner Operator and receive a $3K driver referral bonus paid out over 3 months.

CDL-A Tanker Driver Job Details

  • Earn up to $120,000 per year* as an experienced driver. Grow your career with Action and experience high earning potential where drivers average $1,500–$2,500 per week,* based on experience.
  • Percentage pay with real upside. Earn 25%–28%* of the load, based on experience, with strong, transparent earnings.
  • Home time schedule with balance. OTR drivers stay out 1–2 weeks at a time, and regional drivers work 3-4 nights on the road, running consistent national routes, with flexible home time.
  • Specialized tanker work. Haul chemicals and hazardous waste across the U.S. with full support.
  • Extra pay for your time. Accessorial, detention, and layover pay included.*

Tanker

  • CDL-A
  • 1 year of tractor trailer driving experience, with 6 months of tanker experience
  • Combination Tanker/HazMat (X) endorsement
  • Chem experience preferred

End Dump

  • CDL-A
  • 1 year of tractor trailer driving experience
  • Combination Tanker/HazMat (X) endorsement
  • End Dump experience preferred
